I was surprised to see a goat tethered up outside apartment when I returned home today for lunch
I made a visit to the market and bought some paints that were being sold locally to just see wha they were like.
Close to the school building (background) is a statue to Moldova's national poet who I believe wrote the adopted national anthem for the country.
Here is my impression of the little square with the statue that I painted up using the local paints, I think thety probably are a poster paint of some kind.

I also told of my hope to have their involvement in my painting exercise.
Svetlana the manager says she has introduced the idea but up to now nothing has been forthcoming - hopefully meeting me face to face and my atttempt to enthuse enthusaim will see some results.
I think Svetlana is not particularly keen about having a painting workshop take place so I may have to accept there first drawings. - it will be a shame but we will have to see - but of course her primary concern is to teach English.
She I think will prodcue a piece of art work
