Well as I make my final preparations to leave I have brought a few aides to show some of the artistic traits of the Welsh nation.
Couldn't believe it last night at 5.00 got a call from Thompsons travel to say my return flight had been cancelled and were offering me alternatives which I had to go in this morning to finalise!
any thoughts on this street art to be found in Cardiff?
Still been busy looking at further paintings this is a further painting by Larionov, Tranestrias art legend and is titled " Young girl with bird" and was painted in 1924.
Could quite easily be a piece of street art!?
This is Russian artist Alexander Deineka "Young Pioneers" (1934)
When I was in Moldova in 1983 all the English books refered to the young as pioneers ... it will be interesting to see what is taught now and what the young make of their recent history!
